Rental Information
All fees are subject to applicable taxes.
Peak Season - July and August (full week rentals only)
Weekly Rates are based on 4 occupants
There will be an additional charge of $75 per week, per person extra (age 5 and older).
Weekly rentals are Saturday - Saturday.
Check In time 3pm - Check Out time 10am
Off Peak Rentals
Minimum of 3 night bookings for the remainder of the year.
Rentals based on 2 persons
Extra person(s) - $50 per adult, per night, $25 ages 5-15 per night, Children under 5 N/C)
All cabins have full kitchens, including fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and include all pots, pans and utensils. They are also furnished with a television and a DVD player, movies, games, puzzles and books available for use as well. Each cabin has it's own barbeque, picnic table and firepit.
All cabins have use of the comfort station (washroom & shower).
Please bring your own linens, towels, and pillows
No pets allowed
Kayaks are available for use.
Deposit of 50% is due upon reservation.

A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $250 WILL BE REQUIRED UPON CHECK IN CASH, DEBIT OR CREDIT
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your reservation your deposit will be refunded as follows:
100% of your deposit will be refunded if cancelled 60 days prior to check in
50% of your deposit will be refunded if cancelled 30 days prior to check in
No deposit will be returned if cancelled less than 30 days prior to check in

Visitors Daily Visitor Rate - $5.00 per person, per day
Overnight Rate - $10.00 per person, per night

Limit of 5 visitors per site per day (unless arrangements have been made with management prior to arrival)

$10 (wheelbarrow full - arrange for delivery at the office)
Parking
$10/vehicle (2 vehicles included per site/cabin rental)

Boat Docking Fee
$20 per day or $100.00 per week (NO Boats over 19 ft long)
SEADOO
$10 per day or $50.00 week

Inside - $500 + HST per boat
Outside - $250 + HST per boat
SUMMER STORAGE (Inside)
$350 + HST per boat (May 1st to Oct 1st)
